Hope here, helping you with your problems. Pointe is so professional judging by her recent blogpost at love-solutions--foryou.blogspot.com dedicated to FAITH. Knowing that we just opened the blog like yesterday, was it? When i first saw the tagboard, we had some negative comments, and it was a little disheartening, but then after that we started receiving some problems, and some positive feedback! It was really great to be able to help the people, and also, to hear some good stuff (: but answering to the negative feedback, i do know that Pointe and I are quite inexperienced in this, but then we really hope to help everyone as much as we can! Also, Pointe and I are not always on the computer for 24 hours straight! We have our social life, school life, family life etc, so you can't expect us to answer you immediately! We do try to get to you as soon as possible! And we hope that our advice was effective and useful! So please, try to understand alright? We hope that we can reach out to everyone and make everyone's life better by trying to solve problems for you!
